Axle: The State College Community pulled together to solve a hit-and-run case involving a woman who was nine-months pregnant.
Riders: Elizabeth Bragg, the pregnant woman who was involved in the hit and run.
Some of the strangers who had vowed to watch for the red mirror-less car that hit her car.
The insurance agent who had been contacted by the person who had committed the hit and run and helped the police solve the case.

-Interview with the insurance agent who had been contacted by the person who had committed the hit and run. What was her initial reaction to the phone call from the suspect? What did she do next? How long did it take for the police to get involved? How did Elizabeth Bragg react?

The Rim:
The Beginning- B-roll of traffic before the standup explaining the situation and showing what happened to Elizabeth Bragg and her hit and run. And then show the interview with Elizabeth Bragg, talking about the support she’s had from strangers in the community.
The Middle- Interview with one of the people (strangers) who had reached out to help Elizabeth and the interview with the insurance agent that helped turn the person who hit her in.
The End- Show B-roll of Elizabeth in her home with her family with a VO talking about how the police ruled the case as a misunderstanding and that no charges will be filed, and how the damage to Elizabeth’s vehicle was completely covered.
