Axle: Students at Nittanyville got a chance to see and participate in some pre-game day festivities on Wednesday with the annual Nittanyville Dunk Contest.
Riders: Students participating in the event could be anybody in Nittanyville or anybody who signed up at the event. The members of the basketball team also come out and judge and interact with the participants and fans.
Spokes: Getting some B-roll of the participants performing their dunks would make for great shots and a stand up would be good to do in front of Beaver Stadium where the event would take place. Following those, some interviews with some of the top competitors and even players or coaches involved in the judging would be good interviews to use to compliment the great B-roll.
Rim:
Beginning – Start with shots of Beaver Stadium then a stand up with the setting of Nittanyville in the background. Then, some B-roll of the participants getting ready and beginning to start the contest.
Middle – Transition to Interviews of some of the fans watching the event and students who have been staying at Nittanyville all week long, and their experience at Nittanyville and this event. Continue to interviews with any of the judges of the event who are players from the men’s basketball team.
End – B-roll of the final dunks and hopefully the winning dunk of the competition and get some reactions from fans, other participants, judges, and finally an interview with the winner of the event. Conclude with a potential demonstrative stand-up and a sign out from Nittanyville in front of Beaver Stadium.
