A3. The teacher uses relevant community, district, school, and classroom factors and characteristics in planning.

Using relevant community, district, school, and classroom factors is very important when planning instruction.  I did a project on my placement school.  In this project, I discussed various statistics such as race and gender breakdowns, socioeconomic status, student-teacher ratios, community pillars, etc.  I used all of this things I learned when planning for future instruction.  Below is the link to that presentation.
