Biden gives speech in Kyiv
U.S. President Joe Biden made a surprise visit to Kyiv and condemned what he called Moscow’s “brutal” assault on Ukraine’s sovereignty. The speech is highly significant due to the nature of the visit as well as being delivered a few days before Putin’s State of the Union speech to the Russian government.
