Introduction of the rhetorical analysis essay

Have you ever seen a commercial on TV showing women go crazy for the little things? Women scream when their husbands lost the key. These characteristics show the gender stereotype that women are irrational. Though women may not act crazily in life, people will not think it’s a problem if women are crazy. Always “Like A Girl” campaign reflects the commonplace that behaving like a girl is to be weak. It’s another example of gender stereotype that women are not as strong as men. Money Super Market Dave’s epic strut TV Ad also utilizes gender stereotypes. In the video, a man confidently struts down the street with a dashing suit, sassy heels, and the sexiest booty shorts. People looked at him in amazement because of the gender stereotype that only girls wear high heels. Like a Girl Champaign and Dave’s epic strut Ad reveals the same problem from different angles by utilizing commonplace and kairos, exerting pathos and ethos.
