When I was in middle school, I was proud of the good grade I have. I got an A for every single class I took. Teachers and all my friends were telling me that I would go to my dream high school without an effort. Thus, I never have the thought that what if I did not go to the number one school on my list.

 

Times flies. Now I’m in the exam. I suddenly felt the pain from my stomach. And I knew that the most terrible thing in the world happened. My period came during the exam. I was prepared that my period may come these two days. But I was not expecting it came during the exam. To make matters worse, excruciating abdominal pain comes along with the period.

 

Unfortunately, I did not do well in the exam. And I did not get into my dream school either. I was very disappointed. Finally, I went to my second favorite school instead.

 

At my new school, I got an unexpected chance to be an exchange student. I feel that this is a precious opportunity in my life. The rest of the story is that I’m here.

 

I believe everything happens the best. I believe that when one door shuts, another opens.
