The First-Year Testing, Consulting and Advising Program (FTCAP) is an academic orientation to Penn State intended to help first-year students transition from high school to college and learn more about the expectations in being a Penn State student. A critical social trait to possess or develop is recognition and respect of the diversity and experiences of campus community members. These photos build awareness and empathy for individuals negatively impacted by barriers to physical accessibility across campus.
