This is my completed Black Bird project. Poem one and poem two are the biggest inspiration for my blackbird, especially the lines “twenty snowy mountains”, “the eye of the blackbird”, and “three of mind… three blackbird/” I prep for this project by really think about what each blackbird represent and what types of symbols do I want to use.
These are different extensions of my Type Drawing. The first image is a gif, the second, and the third are a png, and the third. The first link in the pdf, and the second link as a svg This light assignment was really fun. I can really see myself using these techniques.
This is my completed Grid System exercise. This kinds looks like a page on a magazine.
This is a visual example of Gestalts rules of visual perception. I started this in class on Friday and I finished it today. I used Adobe Illustrator.
