Frequently Asked Question’s

Q: Is there parking available on site?

A: Yes, we will provide you with a parking pass for a lot directly behind the lab at no cost to you. Once enrolled, you will receive parking directions via email.

A: Yes, you can absolutely bring them to the visit! We have books and games to help them stay occupied during the visit.

Q: What if my child is allergic to certain foods?

A: We are currently conducting a questionnaire when you arrive to the lab to ensure you have had no symptoms of covid. Currently, you or your child are not required to wear a mask for the visit.

Q: What if I can’t make a scheduled visit?

A: If you cannot make a scheduled visit, please contact the research coordinator that you have been in contact with as soon as possible so we are aware and can get you rescheduled. Our research coordinator’s contact information can also be found in the “Contact Us” tab above.

Q: Can I come in at any time for a visit?

A: You can schedule a visit for any day of the week, even the weekend (except the MRI visit). However, we like to stick with the same times for each visit. A visit can be either at lunch time, or dinner time, but will then remain consistent for each visit.
