Hangzhou

Hangzhou is the most beautiful city on the trip. Especially the West Lake. At the time we went to the West Lake, it’s kind foggy and a few minutes later the rain was pouring down but the rain only lasts few minutes. After the rain, the sky and the weather turned incredibly clean and fresh. Actually, I have been to The West Lake about ten years ago. At that time, it was kind shabby but this time when I got there it’s so fancy and well-organized. I think it’s due to the G-20 summit. The government rebuilds it in order to hold a perfect summit. Just like the tour guide says, the West Lake’s viewing has returned to its peak. We take the boat to a small island in the middle of the West Lake. In Chinese currency, there is one picture taken from that island on the back of one yuan. But what’s more attractive for me is the small bamboo forest. Since it’s just after the rain, there is some raindrop left in the bamboo leaves and the temperature is so comfortable. That’s such a relaxing place to walk around. Hangzhou is such a relaxing and pretty place, but we only spend one day there. Hope we could have more time in Hangzhou. Its worth more time for staying in Hangzhou.
