Hi, my name is Caleb Hershey. I currently attend Penn State University with the intended major of Mechanical Engineering. I grew up in the city of Coatesville, about 45 minutes west of Philadelphia, a city full of love, diversity, and pride. I graduated from Coatesville High School in which I participated in baseball and many of our schools after school clubs. In my free time I enjoy playing and watching sports, fishing, working on cars, and enjoying my time with friends.

I fell in love with Penn State after I visited my older cousin that attended the university in my freshman year of high school. As soon as I walked onto campus I knew it was the place for me, not only does it offer a great engineering program but also the environment makes me feel at home. From the excitement in the air at tailgates and football games to the excellent education and family environment that Penn State provides there’s no other place I would want to be.

I am very excited to be starting my journey here at PSU and hope you will follow it with me!
