Founded in the Fall of 2011, the Penn State Yoga Club’s mission is to create a community of Penn State students who enjoy practicing yoga.  We welcome all students, regardless of experience, to join us during our weekly yoga practice.  

Each week, different yoga teachers from the State College area come to share yoga with us for free.  This means that every practice is different, and you’ll be exposed to many different teachers and types of yoga throughout the year.  We encourage students to come with an open mind to each practice.  Our most popular activity is outdoor yoga (also taught by local teachers), during warmer weather, around campus.
