We practice 6 days a week as a team, generally as follows:
Monday: Run @ 4pm
Tuesday: Bike @ 6pm
Wednesday: Run @ 9am
Thursday: Swim @ 8:30pm at McCoy Natatorium
Friday: Bike @ 6pm at White Building
Saturday: Bike @ 10:30 am
