Colleen Reilly is a junior studying Information Sciences & Technology, who’s looking forward to gaining more knowledge and experience within the business technology field. Colleen began studying at the Pennsylvania State University in the Summer of 2018, and plans on graduating in May 2022. She got interested in working with technology when she was a kid, and spent as much time as she could on her mom’s old laptop, where she started learning how to create online content. She also has experience working in website design, social media content and marketing. Colleen also has had internships with different small businesses outside of Philadelphia, where she learned to work with her local community, and increased online content for both businesses.
At Penn State, Colleen got involved in the community, joined a sorority and become extremely involved in Penn State’s annual 46-hour dance marathon. She currently holds two major positions within her sorority: Vice President of Communications & Operations and THON Alternative Fundraising Chair. Colleen loves being able to spend time with her THON kids, and being able to give back to a philanthropy that means so much to her. Other than working hard, Colleen enjoys attending Penn State hockey games and drinking coffee!
