Housing Transitions (HT) is an independent, nonprofit organization providing housing programs and supportive services to those in need throughout Centre County. Housing issues and basic needs emergencies result from a variety of personal crises and a lack of intervention resources. HT seeks to provide effective services that promote positive change for those willing to accept the challenges and opportunities necessary to achieve a more independent and self-sufficient lifestyle.
