ANGEL – Learning Management System for course delivery

ANGEL is the course management system that will be phased out as the main delivery mechanism for our courses.  The last courses that will be taught in ANGEL will be Spring, 2017.  All our Nursing World Campus Courses are now being offered in Canvas.  However, you may experience ANGEL for the library resource course and other PSU departmental courses (if you taking anything outside of Nursing).

If you are unfamiliar with ANGEL and have a course taught in ANGEL, please visit the Quick-Start Guide for Students.  Another handy page for students is the Student Topics Page in the IT Knowledge Base.  World Campus provides some handy ‘how to’ videos about using ANGEL.  Anytime you need to contact ANGEL support, or want to search the IT Knowledge base, click on the ‘?’ icon on the left hand side of your screen.

ANGEL maintenance will be conducted on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 4:00 to 6:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time, during which time ANGEL will be unavailable.  A message will be posted during each maintenance period as a reminder.

Members of  the World Campus HelpDesk, available seven days a week, are ready to help address any computer or technical concerns you have! They want to make sure that you’re prepared to pursue your Penn State degree via the World Campus. Whether you need help logging into a class or you want advice about how to make your computer run faster, you can contact the team at our HelpDesk for assistance.  — Read more at the World Campus Technical Support Page

If you experience technology problems of any kind, please contact the World Campus HelpDesk or the ANGEL helpdesk by clicking the ‘?’ on the toolbar in ANGEL.
