Fee & Registration
The fee covers all residential and virtual sessions, program materials, refreshment breaks, four continental breakfasts, four lunches, the reception, and a welcome dinner on Sunday. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.
Early-Bird Pricing (must be registered by March 26, 2021)

$3,120 Team Registration (2 or more from the same institution registering together. Price is per-person.)
Regular Pricing (Register after March 26, 2021)
$3,495 Individual Registration
$3,245 Team Registration (2 or more from the same institution registering together. Price is per-person.)
You must be nominated and accepted into this program. To nominate someone, or yourself, please fill out the nomination form that will be available here beginning December, 2020. Registration information will be sent to participants accepted into this program.
The registration form and payment must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on April 30, 2021. After this date, please call the program manager at 814-863-5100 or email email@example.com.
Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
If your request to withdraw is received by June 4, 2021, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal.
