Non-Undergrad/Speaker Registration

Non-Undergrads:

We will need to “register” everyone who will come, in order to keep track of food needs etc. The APS registration system will handle all of the undergraduates, but not anyone else. This is the form for faculty / grad students etc who will be chaperoning at CUWiP.
