In this exercise I used adjustment layers to make basic changes to the photograph’s original levels, hue and color. I then applied an un-sharpening mask to the photo and prepared it to be optimized for web by scaling the photo down to a width of 1600px. I then saved the file as a jpeg optimized for web. Doing so reduced the file size a considerable amount which will allow the photo to load quicker on public webpages.
