Data Curation Primers
Primers are documents that detail a specific subject, disciplinary area or curation task and that can be used as a reference to curate research data. As a capstone experience, workshop attendees will form small groups to create primer submissions on a chosen topic. Each group is paired with a mentor from the Data Curation Network and will have approximately six months to produce a submission. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their work in professional webinars. Additional primer submissions may be composed by individuals within the Data Curation Network.
Published primers are available at our Github repository:
These versioned primers may be revised by forking the primer repository, making any preferred changes, then committing the revisions back to the original repository.
Primer submissions (version 1.0 only) are additionally archived at Minnesota’s DRUM repository.
