  1. 1). Answer any questions the writer may have posed about the draft
    + None

2). Comment on scope of the thesis and whether or not it was convincingly argued. What improvements are needed to make it more convincing?

+The theses is pretty straightforward. He has described it, said why it needs to be slaved, showed some examples of what is happing now, so I think that Derek is in a pretty good shape here.

3). Comment on the evidence for the policy or its implementation. Does the draft need stronger sources to support the arguments? What kinds?

+I think that Derek has a pretty credible sources, like the UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, ed.gov. So I think that they are convincing enough.

4). Did the piece handle questions of feasibility or objections to the policy?

+ I dint think that there were any objectives to the policy. But he definitely described why it is feasible to act on it, and to make changes.

5). Comment on any improvements to arrangement that could be considered.

+ Well the only, and the obvious one, to work on the formatting. Because of it it was impossible to reward the opening.

6). Comment on the structure of the issue brief, including subtitles.

+ It is very well structured. I like how he is implementing the images, you can see a spaces where he wants to put them in, I want to figure out for myself how he did it, because it looks cool. When it comes to a peace itself, I love the order of the paragraphs, so I think he is all good here.

7). Make one recommendation for something that could be moved, changed, added, or deleted.

+work on the (work cited) and obviously fix the formatting.
