This Personal Data Plan  is adapted from the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF)’s Surveillance Self-Defense Kit and is used in the Penn State Berks Privacy Workshop.

Resources are provided to help participants develop an informed privacy harm-benefit analysis of their technology use.
