We invite proposals for individual presentations on topics that address local, national, and international women’s and gender issues and debates, as well as submissions on any women’s and gender topics. These may include papers, performances, and other forms of presentation. Proposals are welcome from all scholarly fields and disciplines, including the humanities, social sciences, sciences, arts, design, business, sports, and cultural studies.
In keeping with the format for our 2009 conference, single panels are scheduled during the day, each consisting of three presenters, so that all participants can attend each panel session. We hope that this format will promote engagement among participants and presenters.
Presentations are limited to 20 minutes, to be followed by questions and discussion.
*Proposals that meet the following criteria will be reviewed:*
* *250-500 words*
* accompanied by a *vita or brief bio*
* received by *November 1, 2010 (notification by December 1, 2010)*
