Who are we?

The Early Period Studies Group (EPSG) is an interdisciplinary university-sponsored graduate student organization at Penn State University. Our mission is to promote a sense of community and collegiality among graduate students whose research focuses on literature, history, philosophy, and art from before the eighteenth century. 

What do we do?
