How do I access and download datasets?
Data is stored and accessible in the IEDA EarthChem PetDB data repository– a NSF-funded, open-access, and community-based repository.
Datasets noted in the “Status” column in our EARThD Database table as “published” are available for download by visiting the EarthChem website and searching the PetDB (Petrological Database).
There are three ways to navigate to PetDB:
- Visit the EarthChem page and hover your mouse over “Access Data” and then “EarthChem Syntheses” and select “PetDB“
- You can also select the large “Search Data” icon and then select “PetDB” from the list of Earthchem Syntheses: Peer-reviewed literature data compilations
- Click on this direct link to PetDB.
