- The calculator estimates the EDC footprint based on concentrations of 55 EDCs in a report from the Silent Spring Institute (Dodson et al., 2012)
- EDCs in the report that were classified as <1,000 μg/L were further investigated from other sources to obtain more specific numbers to use in the calculator
- We used sources such as the Household Product Database, which was developed by the U.S department of Health and Human Services, to estimate these values
