#TidyTuesday

Each week, R For Data Science online community posts a new data set for #TidyTuesday on this page, and individuals in the R community analyze or simply plot the data in a creative and interesting way, posting their results on Twitter with #TidyTuesday. These challenges have given me an opportunity to learn and practice new ways to plot and explore data sets, as well as the chance to incorporate new practices (e.g. Github) into my workflow without the risk of learning new things while directly interacting with my research code. When I don’t have the time to look at the data myself, I enjoy watching David Robinson’s screencasts, where I learn many tips and tricks to code more efficiently.

I majored in graphic design as a student at Cape May County Technical High School, took several graphic design courses at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) and worked as a graphic designer for the Office of Student Engagement at TCNJ.
