Hello everyone,

Happy 2020! We are thrilled to start off the new year by introducing 7 new brief videos we created to help you and your staff work with your residents who are experiencing cognitive decline and may have some challenging behaviors. Each video includes common scenarios that you and your staff may frequently encounter, with “tricks of the trade” from our experts on how you can respond in those situations and increase your chances for a successful outcome.

Each video is only a few minutes long, so they are ideal to show at orientation for new staff, during staff meetings, or one-on-one with staff members who are facing a specific challenge with a resident.
