This experience was important to me because it helped build my foundation as a researcher in the field of psychology. I believe the impact or difference I help made was helping analyze the current state of drug addict and treatment success with the Lackawanna Court System.
Classes like Statistics and Research Methods have complemented my experience. I believe that the two classes combined have helped prepare me and given me an edge to assist my professors in undergraduate research. Having the skills in statistics and scientific writing were essential in conducting my assigned tasks.
I have learned how extensive research in psychology can be. It is very delicate and intriguing, all the while striving to make discoveries and make impacts for the community. I hope to use what I have learned as a foundation for graduate school as I pursue higher degrees.
