My name is Christopher Micca, and I am a 3rd Year Accounting student at Penn State University with a primary focus in Audit and Tax. I am taking vigorous accounting classes at Penn State such as Accounting 405: Introduction to Taxation and Accounting 471: Intermediate Financial Accounting. My passion for using data to make decisions and solve problems through effective communication has demonstrated my interest in the tax and audit fields of accounting. I am involved in the accounting society and Club Track and Field Team at Penn State, and these organizations help me achieve a great work/life balance. I recently interned at a local Wealth Management Firm, Iron Ridge, last summer in Basking Ridge, New Jersey and worked as a portfolio analyst. I learned many valuable skills through my experience, and I am now actively seeking an internship in either tax or audit for the summer of 2024.
