After many weeks of preparation, with lots of hours planning this with the director of Glenside, Ms. Houck and the group Wild Hogs we finally went to Glenside to build the greenhouse! I t was a chilly Saturday morning when we arrived at Glenside around 8 am where we met the director and the other group. We worked on this for the entire morning and into the late afternoon but we finally got it. Now the kids at Glenside have a greenhouse! We are really proud of this project and to help the community in every little way we possibly can. Working with the other group was really good and they were really helpful. We would also like to thank Mrs. Houck because she was always asking if needed something and she was helpful as well. This project has been great and we only have a few weeks left on the semester so we will keep posting till it ends! Again, this was an amazing experience which we all enjoyed and we are really happy that Glenside has finally their greenhouse.

It is great that you guys built a greenhouse for the kids at Glenside. It must have been a lot of work but it was probably worth it once you guys saw the end results.

This is amazing! It is great to know that the children will be able to be exposed to a greenhouse to help them understand the importance of plants and how they work. It must feel amazing to be apart of the project to make that possible for them!

Can’t believe you actually put together an entire greenhouse! I’d love to know the specifics of getting something like this together. Would love to build something like this onto my house someday. Nice work!
