Final Reflection

As the semester comes to a close, we are all extremely grateful for the opportunity to volunteer with the City of Reading Greenhouse.  Not only was it an amazing feeling to make a difference in our community, but we loved being able to get our hands dirty and learn a few new things along the way.  Between planting flowers, mixing super soil, repotting trees, and finding community members who are interested in the Greenhouse and what they do, our time spent here was so valuable to us.  We had so much fun and met many interesting and passionate characters along the way.  We highly recommend that anyone who is interested in helping their community volunteer at the City of Reading greenhouse, or even donate or spread awareness about the amazing things that are taking place here.  Reach out to the City of Reading Greenhouse to learn more about them and their love for the planet!
