On Sunday, Christine, Emily, and Alysia went to Glenside to finish the remaining poles. We were there for 3 hours to make sure all of the poles were finished. The GreenTeam also came to Glenside to help us since we had a lot more to do. If the GreenTeam was not there, we would not have been able to complete the rest of the project. We have now completed our hours for Glenside and look forward to hearing what the kids from Glenside think about the project.
On Sunday night, Christine, Emily , and Alysia went to Glenside to paint the pools. Each person was working on one side of the pole. The pole that the group members got started on was the maple tree pole and it is almost finished. The group members need to finish the leaves and the the middle of the trees. The theme is the 4 different seasons and each pole will have a different tree with the tree going through the 4 seasons on each side. The other group that was there that night was painting other poles as well and finishing up the drawings. We are expected to finish the mural in our next visit.
