Here is a picture of the poster we made to present our topic of discussion and our project to the people in Gaige on Friday, December 4th.
On Friday, December 11th our team presented on our topic of polar bears and our project at Glenside Elementary. During our presentation, we talked about the polar bear species and how they are being affected by climate change. We found that 2/3 of the polar bear population will be gone by 2050 and their habitat will most likely disappear in the next 100 years. We also discussed our EACAP project which consisted of us painting at Glenside Elementary which is located in Reading. We talked about the step by step process our team had to go through to get the finished product. We are very happy we were able to help Glenside and we want to thank Ms. Houck for working with us on it.
Attached below is our in class presentation.
Earlier in the month, we met with the Vice Principal at Glenside, Karen Houck, about the wall we will be painting. We went over details regarding supplies, dates we can go, and what we will be painting.

Team Introduction
Our names are Cameron, Zach, and Rudy and we are all sophomores at Penn State Berks. We are going to be working at Glenside Elementary School and our task is to paint over walls to make it look like an outside space. We chose this to give back to the community especially because it would be for the benefits of children.
