4/14/16- In Class Work for EACAP – Bee

While Dr. Kazempour was out of class, my group went to go meet with John Rost to get him to preview our rough draft of the pamphlet we were tasked with working on.  We walked over to the green house, showed it to him, and he loved it.  He gave us a few tips and than told us about the new things on campus that would relate to bees.  We then went and took a picture to show that we were there and then headed to the computer lab to make our changes.  Here is the picture that we took.  Kyle took the picture:Cropped Picture 4-14-16

The “Bee” Team, 2/23/16, Our Idea for a Research Topic

We are The “Bee” Team, and as our name suggests, we are interested in doing something with bees for our research project.  We figure since we will be working to some degree with a population of bees, we may as well learn more about them.  Our main topic idea right now is bee population decline and how this effects the rest of the ecosystems in which they dwell.  While looking into this we will also hopefully learn some ways that we can help the bee population flourish and we will be able to share them with the rest of you when we present our research  later in the semester.  We are currently in the process of setting up a meeting with our organization as well and will post more about this when we have something else to mention.
