We enjoyed presenting our research and EACAP project for everyone in Gaige on Monday. We hoped everyone was able to learn more about plastic pollution in the ocean and endangered species in Pennsylvania!

Natural Beauties Meeting
We all met up today to discuss our plans for our poster-board presentation. We also split up the tasks that needed to be completed for each member over break.

Here is a candid look at our completed EACAP Project! We made an activity for Fall Fest on 11/11/19, where visitors decorated different plastic bottles to be able to reuse however they want to, whether it be a planter, a pencil holder, anything! More pictures to come!
Introducing the Natural Beauties
Our team name is the Natural Beauties and we are working with Glenside Elementary School. My name is Lauren Lopez, and I am a sophomore majoring in Global and International Studies. I’m Ria Parikh and I am a sophomore majoring in Supply Chain Management. Finally, I’m Amaya Phillips, and I am a sophomore majoring in Elementary Education and minoring in Special Education. We are looking forward to working with the children and to teaching them STEM activities.
