On February 3rd, I visited the 10th and Penn Elementary School and had my first meeting with the schools’ librarian. She described to me what the building was like. When we got to her workspace she described basic details for the event.

My second meeting with the schools librarain
On February 25th, I have met with the schools librarian for more detailed information. We discussed times, stations for the STEM Night, and much more. The librarian had a great idea to have the event on Saint Patricks Day. The event was going to have green food and things related to that day. The librarian came up with stations dealing with STEM (robots, challenges, and coding) much more. We also discussed ways parents could get involved with the kids as well.
Ice Caps Planning
Due to the coronavirus aka. “COVID 19” plans for teaming up to participate with a different school have been cancelled. Since then my group have made plans to do our own research in finding news dealing with consequences and solutions with ice caps and why it has causes so much commotion. Ice caps being what is an affect for the global warming causing the sea level to a rise and affect other things around the world. There was multiple things learned about through the whole project.
