How do I use Ally to generate an accessibility report for my Canvas course?

 

Step 1: Go to your Canvas course and activate the Ally Course Accessibility Report link in your course navigation settings. See the help article How do I manage Course Navigation links?

Step 2: Refresh your browser to see the Ally Course Accessibility Report link in the course navigation. Click on the link to see your report.

Ally is software that integrates into Canvas and provides instructors with tools to scan content for accessibility and recommendations for how to fix identified issues. It also provides students with the ability to tailor their learning experience to their needs and preferences.
