My first year at PSU

This semester at PSU I am most looking forward to meeting new people, THON, and getting involved on campus. Since this is my first semester here at Penn State, I am most anxious about my work load, managing my time, and meeting all new people. Now that I am a college student, I need to do better at putting myself out there, being open to new experiences, and staying on top of my work load. This semester I really want to get involved in Ohana (a THON organization), ComRadio, and Greek Life. My goal for my first semester is to get as involved as possible. My goal for my first year is to be completely established and comfortable here at Penn State. Finally, my goal by graduation is to leave Penn State knowing that I had the best time I possibly could and being prepared for the real world. I plan to achieve these goals by working hard in class, getting involved outside of class, and being open to new people and experiences. These goals are so important to me because I want Penn State to be a second home for me. In order to do that I need to put myself out there and experience everything Penn State has to offer me. IMG_0598

  1. Great goals. Balance is really the key to success in college. I would focus on your academics for the first two semesters, then get involved slowly. Welcome. We Are…
