  1. I was very interested to read your article and opinion on the matter, since I haven’t thought of the issue in this way. Granted, I haven’t even payed much attention to begin with since I knew that this protest and press/attention it’s getting would go away soon enough, but I didn’t realize that this might be the reason why. I’m not saying I don’t stand for the issues they are trying to shed some light on, but is this really the most effective outlet? Is this actually going to inspire change on it’s own?

    I also liked how you incorporated the MLS Ice Bucket challenge, I <3 Boobies, and other issues that have come up in the past. They are great examples that drive your argument forward; I haven't even heard about MLS since the trend was popular then died out.

    There are many campaigns and organization that I will support wholeheartedly since they are actively working and fighting for rights, not simply relying on a trending hashtag.
