I’m a PhD student in Computer Science at the Pennsylvania State University. I work in the Applied Cognitive Science Lab where I am advised by Dr. Frank E. Ritter and Dr. Rebecca Passonneau.

My research is focused on cognitive computing, at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Cognitive Science. Cognitive models are programs that process information and behave like humans for a given sequence of tasks.

I earned my MS and BS in Computer Science from Sharif University of Technology.
