Target Audience & Partnerships
STARtracks is a technical and administrative reporting system used for SNAP-Ed data collection and reporting. Returning Partners (1) create their Program Delivery Sites (PDS) Report in STARtracks and (2) generate their MOU forms from STARtracks. The ME will provide PDS Report and MOU forms in an alternate format to New Applicants, as well as, additional instruction for completing those forms.
