Pennsylvania (PA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) is administered by the PA Department of Human Services (DHS) through a Management Entity at Penn State. PA SNAP-Ed is funded by USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) and operates according to FNS SNAP-Ed Guidance.

FY 2020 Request for Partners (RFP)

PA DHS and the Penn State Management Entity (ME) invite agencies serving low-income individuals and families to submit an application for FY 2020 (10/1/2019- 9/30/2020) funding to provide evidence-based nutrition education and policy, systems and environmental change interventions that comply with FNS SNAP-Ed Guidance and address PA SNAP-Ed goals.

FY 2020 Intent to Apply

Notice of intent to apply must be received by the PA SNAP-Ed ME office no later than Tuesday, January 15, 2019. Complete the Intent to Apply Form and submit by email to Denise Wall (dew177@psu.edu).
