Pennsylvania (PA) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) is administered by the PA Department of Human Services (DHS) through a Management Entity at Penn State. PA SNAP-Ed is funded by USDA’s Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) and operates according to FNS SNAP-Ed Guidance.
FY 2021 Request for Partners (RFP)
PA DHS and the Penn State Management Entity (ME) invite agencies serving low-income individuals and families to submit an application for FY 2021 (10/1/2020- 9/30/2021) funding to provide evidence-based nutrition education and policy, systems and environmental change interventions that comply with FNS SNAP-Ed Guidance and address PA SNAP-Ed goals.

FY 2021 Intent to Apply
Notice of intent to apply must be received by the PA SNAP-Ed ME office no later than Monday, January 20, 2020. Complete the Intent to Apply Form and submit by email to Denise Wall (dew177@psu.edu).
