Initiate and invite discussions of any potential accommodations that students and members of your research teams may need. Particularly if you are leading fieldwork or field trips, be aware of observances that overlap with your plans. Note that Ramadan falls during March and April this year so consider whether fasting may impact participant safety and access as you plan field experiences during the latter half of the semester.
