Graduate and Professional Student Association Judiciary
The GPSA Judiciary is comprised of three members, appointed by the GPSA President and approved by the Assembly. Their job is to rule on questions about the nature of constituencies and credentials of Delegates. The judiciary is responsible for hearing cases of impeachment and appeal and will make the final decision in these cases. The Judiciary interprets the Constitution and Bylaws, oversees elections, and conducts audits of GPSA financials at the beginning of each term. You can send an email at JudiciaryGPSA@gmail.com for further questions.
