Orientation Program for New Graduate Students
Are you interested in learning more about our campus and resources available to you? If you answered yes, participate in your first official event as a graduate student at Penn State Harrisburg! Orientation serves as an opportunity for you to get a campus tour from our campus Lion Ambassadors, learn about campus resources, and form new relationships with other graduate students, faculty, and staff.
You will learn about upcoming events and unique opportunities available to you throughout the year. And free food will be available so you won’t want to miss this special event held at the beginning of the fall and spring semester!

Graduate Student and Family Picnic!
Join us each fall for the annual Graduate Student and Family Picnic. This event has quickly grown into a favorite tradition for graduate students at Penn State Harrisburg.
The fun happens Sunset Park in Middletown, PA just steps from campus. Come and meet other graduate students and campus leadership. Enjoy a delicious meal and get excited to join the supportive community of graduate students at Penn State Harrisburg!

GRE, GMAT, LSAT, and MAT Information Sessions
The Office of Graduate Studies in partnership with GPSC has scheduled information sessions on the standardized tests typically required for acceptance into the graduate programs offered at Penn State Harrisburg and for graduate assistantship funding.
Seniors graduating in spring 2016 who are planning for graduate studies in the fall are encouraged to sign up for one of these sessions. The information sessions will be led by current Penn State Harrisburg graduate students who are familiar with how to prepare for the tests.
All sessions start at 11:15am in C-212, Olmsted Building.

Recently, graduate students gathered for a great meal at Friendly’s and helped GPSC raise funds for more programs.
