I am working with a great team of professionals in the areas of art, culture, and web software engineering to bring a fresh and flexible user experience to the Philadelphia Cultural Alliance who’s mission is to “lead, strengthen and give voice to a diverse cultural sector that’s making Philadelphia a world-class region to live, work, and play.” Since 1972, the PCA have played a key role in ensuring the health and vitality of arts and culture in Greater Philadelphia.
I am working with a distributed team of academics and top industry professionals to rebuild the Lethbridge College web presence and multi-user portal using open source solutions. We are designing and developing for a custom, device agnostic, mobile first, Drupal 8 experience. Lethbridge College, was opened in 1957 as the first public community college in Canada.

Over the past year I have been working with McGill University to improve their web user experience. This top-ranking Canadian institution is based in Montreal, Quebec, and recruits from all over the globe. Outreach events and interactive mapping play a big role in their effective device-agnostic, digital user experience.
I have been working for a couple of years on two research projects through the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences at Penn State. The research falls under the Earth and Environmental Systems Institute within the university at University Park. One of the projects is called Shale Network and is a scientific collaboration space around water quality data in the U.S. Marcellus Shale Region in PA and NY. The second project is called Critical Zone Exploration Network and is a collaboration platform for 1,700 hydrochemists and other scientists working in this field around the world. Both projects are Drupal 7 migrations from older D6 sites, and we are working to make these primary hubs for scientific collaboration on environmental health both locally and around the globe. Both projects are funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF).
I am proud to be a part of the growing intellectual community at the European Graduate School. With the main campus in beautiful Saas-fee, Switzerland and a new campus in Malta, this important academic institution continues to make beneficial and necessary impressions on the world. My role at EGS is to advise and consult with the web team that builds www.egs.edu.
