Mechanical engineering professor chosen as ASME fellow

Stephen Lynch, the Shuman Family Early Career Professor and associate professor of mechanical engineering in Penn State’s College of Engineering, has received the designation of fellow from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). He’s being honored for his contributions to gas turbines, improving the technology’s fuel efficiency and reducing emissions
