In August 2016, I applied for the VietAbroader 2016 Career Conference and got into the final round of applicants, in which I got personal career counseling from Ms. Nguyen Anh, a successful management trainee of Nestle. The experience is special to me because my application is not for a Chemical Engineering position, but a Supply Chain one. Indeed, to get into that final round, I had to suggest the solutions for the slow supply chain model of Mark & Spencer (UK) and analyze the strategies of L’Oreal in the cosmetics market (see below).
